Reception worked efficiently at check-in. The staff provided a complimentary upgrade upon my arrival. I found the room to be especially tidy. I did appreciate the early check-in they provided for me.
The hotel did not provide complimentary toothbrushes in the room, I had to buy one.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and also provided toiletries. I did find the room very clean upon arrival and appreciate its tidy state.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful at all times. They assisted with taxi bookings and luggage handling efficiently. I observed staff answering calls promptly, ready to serve.

Breakfast included a good variety of options and tasted delicious. I noticed they serve chicken sausages, which I liked. The rooftop restaurant features city views that elevate your dining experience.

The staff showed helpfulness from the front desk to the restaurant. The room space was convenient for my needs. The bathroom size was okay.
I had to pay extra for some basic items like a toothbrush. Bedroom slippers cost extra too. A hairdryer was an additional charge. There were no bathrobes available in the room.

I found the location to be amazing. Proximity to the metro and local shops was a real plus. The staff accommodated our early arrival and even granted us an extra hour during checkout. I felt genuinely cared for. I would gladly return!
The breakfast lacked enough variety, considering different ethnic groups were guests at the hotel.
